Project: 4 units, 4 DOF, Electro-Mechanical, Medical robots for Labotics Canada.

Date: October 20, 2001, Jan 18, 2002

Location: Assembly; Peterborough, Ontario

Scope: Team Lead, Liaison between Jesler Enterprises and Labotics Canada, responsible for electrical panel contract quote, electrical panel assembly and termination, and quality control.

Project: 50 units, Electraride; Electro-Mechanical, single seat, 2 DOF, motion-based simulator.

Date: June 1, 2001, October 15, 2001

Location: Assembly; Peterborough, Ontario. Installation; New Jersey, USA 

Scope: Designing electrical systems, drawing blueprints with Solid Works CAD software, terminating entire motion control box (electro-magnetic relays, limit sensors, motion control circuit board, motor drive amps, multiple voltage power supplies), creating wire harnesses, system integration (voltage conditioner, computer, audio system, video, electric drive motors), installing noise reduction shielding, high-pot testing, working with UL & CSA and passing all safety standards. 

Project: 35 units, Electro-Mechanical, dual seat, 2 DOF, motion-based simulator for Sony Development, Odiba Japan.

Date: Nov 10, 2000 – April 30, 2001

Location: Assembly; Peterborough, Ontario. Installation; Odiba, Japan

Scope: Electrical assembly, creating wire harnesses, motion based software installation, computer assembly, electrical motion controller diagnostics, circuit board replacement, electrical control box installation, reading blueprints, rewiring faulty circuits, crimping new terminations, continuity checks.  

Project: 28 units, Electro-Mechanical, single seat, 2 DOF, motion-based simulator for Sony Development San Francisco.

Date: March 15, 2000 – August 27, 2000

Location: Assembly; Peterborough, Ontario. Installation; San Francisco, California 

Scope: Electrical troubleshooting, reading blueprints, continuity testing, replacing optical motor sensors, replacing power supplies, working with multiple voltages, working on multiple circuit platforms.
